K. Jake Graff

Jake graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University in 2003 and a Juris Doctorate degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2005. Jake served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable T. Arthur Ritchie, Jr., the (then) presiding judge of the Eighth Judicial District Court, Family Division, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Jake is licensed in Nevada and Utah and has practiced law since 2006. Jake has developed a reputation for being steadfast in advocating his clients’ interests. Jake focuses his practice primarily on complex family law litigation and mediation but also has extensive experience handling real estate, foreclosure, landlord/tenant, general civil litigation, small claims, and estate planning matters.

Chase graduated from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. While in law school, Chase interned at the Clark County District Attorney’s Office as well as for the Honorable Wesley Yamashita, Probate Commissioner of Clark County, Nevada. Working at Judge Yamashita’s side gave Chase a new perspective on disputes and the dispute resolution process. This experience has been invaluable in his legal practice. Chase practices primarily in domestic law, with an emphasis on divorce litigation. Chase enjoys the complexities of domestic litigation, especially the intersection of many areas of law within a single domestic case. Chase finds great satisfaction in helping individuals navigate the difficulties associated with divorce, adoption, protective orders, and other areas of domestic law. Chase is fluent in Portuguese.

Alyssa graduated with her bachelor’s degree from Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Nebraska School of Law in Lincoln, Nebraska. She clerked for a County Attorney’s office throughout her first year of law school and for a private family law firm throughout her second and third years. Alyssa seeks to help individuals in vulnerable situations in finding peace among chaos. She strives to provide responsive, reactive, and reputable legal representation to each and every client she represents.

Alyssa was born and raised in small town Nebraska. Following her graduation from law school, Alyssa, her husband, and dog – Ollie, moved across the country from the Midwest to the beautiful city of St. George. In her free time, she enjoys walks with her dog, exploring new coffee shops, baking and cooking.

Danay has worked as a paralegal for over eight years. He graduated from Dixie State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Criminology. He is a member of the Paralegal Division of the Utah State Bar and was nominated for the 2020 Distinguished Paralegal of the Year Award. Danay is fluent in Spanish.

Outside of work, she enjoys cleaning, reading, exploring the outdoors, the color yellow, and podcasts.
