COMPASSIONATE AND STEADFAST ADVOCACY AT A TIME OF CRISIS
AND STEADFAST ADVOCACY
AT A TIME OF CRISIS
At Graff Law we believe that an attorney’s primary goal should be to efficiently resolve legal disputes whenever possible. There are many methods to resolve legal disputes and not all of them require a judge or a courtroom. There are inevitably always some cases that require protracted litigation and a trial; however, most parties to lawsuits can find common ground and amicably resolve their disputes with a little commonsense and good faith. Mediation is required in Utah divorce cases. At Graff Law we resolve most of our family law cases through mediation.

At Graff Law we do not enjoy seeing couples divorce. The first question we generally ask a party seeking a divorce is whether they have engaged in individual and marriage counseling. Divorce is usually a lose-lose situation and a skilled therapist can do a lot of good to try to effect positive change in a marriage. When a marriage is irretrievably broken, we advocate compassionately and steadfastly for our clients.

I would definitely recommend Chase to anyone looking for a divorce attorney. He is on top of everything and gets things moving quickly. He takes the time to listen to you and your concerns. I couldn’t have found a better attorney.
After meeting with a couple of lawyers in the valley I still wasn’t convinced. Then I heard about Chase from a friend who had some probate work done and was extremely happy with the service he was given. From the first interaction we were treated with respect and dignity.
